Download and Licensing Issues
Please note that all download, installation, payment processing and licensing is handled automatically by the Google Play store, and is beyond our control. However, read on for help with the most common issues which can occur.
If RealCalc will not download ...
Please try the following steps:
- Make sure you have a working data connection.
- Cancel and restart the download.
- Cancel the download, reboot your phone and try the download again.
- Clear the Google Play Store application's data as follows:
- Open the main phone settings and go to Applications > Manage applications.
- Switch to 'All' tab.
- Select the 'Google Play Store' (or 'Market') app and tap 'Clear data' and then 'Clear cache'.
- Select the 'Download Manager' app and tap 'Clear data' and then 'Clear cache'.
- Now open the Google Play Store app and try again.

If RealCalc Plus displays 'License Error' ...
In order to get a license, you need to have a working data connection the first time you launch RealCalc Plus. Once a license is obtained, however, it will work without a data connection.
The license is obtained via the Google Play Store app, which must be set to use the same Google account as the one you used when you made the purchase. You can make sure that it is using the correct account by opening the Google Play Store app and going to Menu > Accounts.
If the account is correct, you can try resetting the Google Play Store app by clearing its data as follows:
- Open the main phone settings and go to Applications > Manage applications.
- Switch to 'All' tab.
- Select the 'Google Play Store' (or 'Market') app and tap 'Clear data' and then 'Clear cache'.
- Select the 'Download Manager' app and tap 'Clear data' and then 'Clear cache'.
- Now open the Google Play Store app and try again. You may need to check that it is set to the correct account as before.

If the Google Play Store asks you to pay again ...
If you have already purchased RealCalc Plus and are being asked to pay again to reinstall the app, make sure that the Google Play Store app is set to use the same Google account which you used when you made the purchase. You can check this by opening the Google Play Store app and going to Menu > Accounts.

If RealCalc crashes on startup ...
Please uninstall RealCalc, reboot your phone and re-install from the Google Play Store.
